40 & 25MM FLOATING WEIR SKIMMER

These portable and compact skimmers can retrieve large amounts of oil for their size. When used with a positive displacement pump the 40mm can recover 20m/hr and 75mm up to 50m/hr oil.

SINGLE DISC SKIMMER

Ideal for removing surface oil from small areas such as coolant tanks on lathes and other machine tools. Slow rotating disc ensures low water recovery so only pure oil is recovered. Maximises coolant performance and extends coolant life.

Special high temperature discs available for parts washers.

BELT SKIMMER

This skimmer is available in different belt lengths to suit your application. Stainless steel belts are available for high temperature applications. The belt is self tensioning and the skimmer is simple and rugged and is small enough to work in cramped areas.

FLOATING GUIDE PULLEY

These pulleys allow you to guide the oilskim rope over the surface of the water so efficient skimming can be achieved.

The floating guide pulley floats independently and need only be tied to a wall or other fastening point. If the level in the deparator fluctuates then a sliding anchor pillar must be used.

OIL SKIMMER ROPES

Blue & White Skimmer Rope For Heavy & Light Skimming Operations

BLUE OILSKIM ROPE

Used for the skimming of heavy oils - this coarse rope gives better skimming and grip in the drive unit and has a flat profile.

WHITE OILSKIM ROPE

Used for the skimming of light and medium oils - this softer rope gives optimum performance and recovery and is bulkier than the Blue rope.

A 150mm rope is used in the 300 and 850 skimmers and a 300mm rope for the 10 000 skimmer. Ropes are fibrillated polypropylene for maximum surface area ensuring the most efficient oil skimming. Ropes are sold in multiples of 5m.
